The comic book is a collaboration between writer Warren Ellis (am a fan of his freakangels), artist Matt "D'Israeli" Brooker and London-based design studio BERG.
An experimental publication, SVK comes with a neat little uv torch.
The Book:
Litho printed on 115gsm silk paper in tones of black and blue, SVK uses a third ink invisible without the SVK object(or any other uv light source).
The "Object":
The object is a card size UV torch which lets the reader see hidden layers of text and imagery in the comic book.
Ellis describes the story as a “Franz Kafka’s Bourne Identity”.
Am really looking forward to reading it tonight!
